| A: | The transmitter broadcasts two stereo channels with an effective range of over 100m. The transmitter is built into its own rack unit and is complete with a high quality multichannel compressor/gate/limiter unit to ensure the maximum sound output whilst ensuring that the sound is not overdriven or too loud protecting your customers' ears and the headphones from damage. With a signal to noise ratio of 75dB and a frequency response of 30-20,000Hz you can rest assured that the audio will reach your customer at the highest quality possible. The transmitter will be fully PAT tested yearly and will be regularly maintained by one of technicians.

| A: | This is your opportunity to make sure you are happy with everything and a chance to address any last concerns. The engineer will spend up to a few hours with you finding the best place to locate the transmitter and testing the installation.
